Why & How I Feel After A Week of Gratitude Practice.

Hello beautiful people! 🤘

I’ve been picking up a new habit of writing Gratitude Journal for a week.

I post it every morning (sometimes, slightly later) on my Instagram.

Here’s why I do it and how I feel after a week of practice.

and, of course, how to start your own Gratitude Journey too!

Why I Start Writing A Gratitude Journal?

  1. It Increases Positivity. By writing down what you are thankful for, it can make you more optimistic because you are choosing to see more of the positivity in your life.

  2. It Improves Self-Esteem. Showing gratitude has been proven to reduce social comparisons.

  3. It Makes You Happier. Who doesn’t love happy and relish good experiences? 🙂

How I Feel About Practicing For A Week?

  1. I feel more energetic to conquer the day because I’ve completed an important task every morning

  2. I feel excited for the next day (not everyday, but a good amount of days hahaha)

  3. I feel genuinely blessed! I believe this is such an underrated superpower lol
