One FUN thing + One NOT SO FUN thing

Hello beautiful people! 🤘

(and welcome, my +2 new friends to Ohh My Life!)

I discovered the most helpful productivity hack that 3x my ability to get work done.

and I’m so excited to share it with you today.

Very easy. Do one thing you genuinely enjoy (love) AND another thing you believe it’s helpful (but not so enjoyable) together.

Here’s my favourite example.

I hate going to the gym because it’s boring and tiring.

But, I know it’s essential for my body and it’s the most convenient sport I can do weekly.

So, I decided to watch a funny drama (something I genuinely enjoy) while I run on the treadmill.

And, it works!

1x, 2x, 3x, and now going to the gym doesn’t seem like a bad option anymore.

Here are other combinations you should try:

  • [NOT FUN] drive to and fro work + [FUN] listening to podcasts / enjoyable music

  • [NOT FUN] read a book + [FUN] eating snacks (but not too much lol)

  • [NOT FUN] do house chores + [FUN] singing

Any combinations that work for you, really!
